We have plenty of car parking on site. You’ll find our main car park as soon as you arrive, and there’s a smaller additional car park near the chalets at Lighthouse Field.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the main building only. Please ask at reception or the bar for the password. During our Winter season, access will be limited so please make arrangements with our reception team.
None of our holiday homes have washing machines, but we have a laundrette on site for guests to use.
Pets are welcome in many of our holiday homes, including some of our roundhouses, double roundhouses and others.
Pets are welcome all year round in pet-friendly accommodation only.
Please let us know you’re bringing a pet when you book, and we’ll make sure you get pet-friendly accommodation.
The area around Hermanus is excellent for dog-walking. We’re right next to the sand dunes and beach, so you and your dog can literally step out of the front door and straight into an enjoyable walk of whatever length you fancy.
Please note that pets must be kept on leads at all times. Pets are allowed in certain parts of our main building.
Elsie TripadvisorWe had our dog so we were very happy with what we had. The outlook was brilliant and I could go down to the beach area straight from the site… It’s an area that is very dog friendly and great for long walks.
Our modern play area is the perfect way to keep the kids happy while you enjoy a relaxing drink on the patio. There’s a grassy area for ball games too.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Our outdoor heated swimming pool is open from late May to early September, strictly for our resident’s staying on site.
It’s right next to our children’s play area and surrounded by a brick wall that keeps out the coastal breeze.
Parents can enjoy a relaxing drink on our patio while keeping a watchful eye on younger swimmers.
Our family lounge area is popular with both holidaymakers and locals.

Our evening menu is available Tuesday to Saturday, 4pm until 8pm. With our Sunday Lunch menu being available from 12pm until 4pm.
Our menu has something for everyone at prices you’ll love: tasty starters, juicy steaks, flame-grilled burgers, classic English dishes, fish, pasta and plenty of vegetarian options.
Please note that our lounge dining area closes for the Winter season.

Round off a perfect day with a relaxing drink and a view of the waves in the Coach & Horses bar and lounge.
We’re open from 4pm until late Tuesdays to Saturdays and from 12pm until 6pm on Sundays, serving a wide range of draught and bottled beers, fine wines and spirits, plus tea and coffee.
Our excellent evening menu is available throughout the week, Tuesday until Saturday, from 4pm until 8pm.
Please note our Bar area closes for the Winter season.
There’s plenty of room outside on our patio area, so you can take time out and keep a watchful eye while the children enjoy the play area.
Every Sunday from 12pm to 4pm, we serve a fantastic traditional Sunday Lunch.
Join us for a choice of three succulent roast meats and vegetarian options, served with fresh seasonal vegetables and all the trimmings – all for just £12.95. If you still have room for more, we have a wide selection of delicious desserts.
Please note our Sunday Lunches will not be available throughout the Winter season.

CarrieJames TripAdvisorWe ate every night in the Coach and Horses bar, often with our other family members, as this room has a warm family-friendly feel. There was a large choice of home cooked food on the menu, and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was.
During our peak times we offer family entertainment.
